Pricing
Design fees in euros — monthly retainers beside project fees. Plants and vessels are paid to suppliers unless we agree a separate coordination invoice. VAT is added where applicable under French rules.
Monthly retainer
€95–€180 / month
For households that want a standing botanical habit across the year rather than a single install.
- One planned visit per month (or credit toward a longer seasonal session)
- Stem swaps and pruning notes in season
- Email advice between visits for watering questions
- Yearly package equivalent often lands €780–€1,100 when booked as four seasonal visits instead
- Cancel with thirty days' notice; unused visits do not roll beyond the calendar quarter unless agreed
Project fees
€160–€2,400
One-off design and styling for a defined room, window, court, or dried set.
- On-site consultation (90 min): €160
- Single-room indoor greenery plan: €680–€920
- Full-apartment plan (up to 4 rooms): €1,450–€2,400
- Window display (per zone): €420–€650
- Courtyard planting plan: €780–€1,350
- Dried arrangement set: €380–€720
- Seasonal refresh visit: €220–€340
- Placement / sourcing coordination: €85 / hour
What moves a quote
Multi-level flats, shared courtyards with syndic paperwork, and listed-building constraints take more time than a single salon ledge. Walk-ups without lifts may need extra planning for vessel sizes.
Travel inside Nice commune limits is included. Visits toward Antibes or Monaco may add a small travel charge stated in the proposal.
Payment
Consultations are paid before or at the visit. Package work requires forty percent to start and the balance on delivery of the plan pack. Bank transfer in euros is standard; card payment can be arranged for consultations when needed.
Unused consultation credit toward a package expires sixty days after the visit.
Outside scope
Building permits, syndic application fees, waterproofing, and structural work sit outside our scope. If we spot mould, leaks, or unsafe railings, botanical recommendations pause until a qualified technician assesses the risk.
