Process

From first message to placed greenery — the almanac sequence we follow in Nice.

Chapter I — Enquiry and light notes

Write to [email protected] with a few photos, rough room sizes, and which spaces matter most. We reply within two working days with a fee range in EUR and whether an on-site visit is useful.

Phone +33 4 93 55 2140 if you already know the service and need a date near the Promenade or Cimiez.

Chapter II — On-site survey

We measure sills, note shutter behaviour, check radiator niches, and walk courtyard access. In Old Town we also note stair turns for pot delivery. You receive verbal priorities the same day and a short written summary within a week.

Consultations last about ninety minutes for a typical two- or three-room brief.

Chapter III — Plan and plant shortlist

The design pack includes placement sketches, species and vessel lists, care notes for Nice seasons, and estimated material costs in euros. One revision sits inside the package fee if light or landlord rules change a choice.

Courtyard work may include a note on co-property limits for your file.

Specimen note — Survey pencil mark on a sill: depth 18 cm, shutter fold 4 cm clearance, radiator 12 cm from wall — numbers that decide pot diameter before any nursery visit.

Chapter IV — Sourcing and placement

You may buy plants yourself from our list or ask us to coordinate delivery for a separate fee. Placement day covers positioning, saucer checks, and a watering walkthrough. We do not perform structural repairs or façade drilling.

If a plant fails within thirty days under the care sheet and we coordinated the purchase, we recommend a swap species at material cost only.

Chapter V — Optional seasonal follow-up

Many clients book a seasonal visit three to six months later to adjust for heat or holiday absences. That can sit inside a yearly package or as a one-off call.
